In response to the comments from Nammi and Orion. Nami, sorry I didn't respond before leaving but this turd of hurdles scampered off on Feb 28th. Orion, wolfpoo it is :)
Oh my heavens this country ois so lovely. Earlier when we were in Marakesh we stayed in bungalows at a hotel with a pool! Of course the pool wasn't heated so there were little ice chips in the water but it was beautiful all the same. Then we took a bus up and over the Atlas and now we've been in Ouarzazate for a few days learning survival Arabic and just getting used to being in another country. Everyone here (both Peace Corpse and Moroccan) are wonderfully kind. Also all the Moroccans in Ouarzazate speak french too! This has been so awesome, whenever I go out into the city (never alone dear friends don't fret) I've been able to talk to the merchants in the "souk". I'm getting really good at haggleing too. Not great but leaps and bounds better than before. Oh, and the food is SO amazing! there are all kinds of glorious flavors, they even put cardamum in the coffee... that one takes some getting used to.
Yesterday one of the other Peace Corps girls and I went into the souk and this guy was speaking with her in Arabic because she studied it in school and he was speaking french with me. Anytime we didn't know the word we'd say it in english and he would tell us the appropriate word in our given language. It was really cool. Have to run on a borrowed computer. Peace and love to all of you!

EJ, We got your message at home, it was so good to hear your voice. Dad and I are not stalking you, but you might feel we are, because we're following every blog from your tribe that we can find. It's great to hear about their experiences, it helps us to imagine yours. "Alice..." was a great picture. Daryl promised to see other movies with me. The movie library will be full of everything you've missed, when you come home.
